How do I use this site?
Sign-In Process:
1. To avoid problems, it is recommended that you use the most current version of your preferred browser.
2. The TravelASP booking tool is very simple to use. Just read the information as you go through the process of updating your User Profile (My Profile) or when making an Air, Car, and/or Hotel Booking through the website.
3. Your Travel Agency Administrator has authorized you to use the online TravelASP booking tool and sent you an E-mail advising you of your Sign-In information. You may change your Password once you have Signed-In for the first time.
4. You may either Register yourself and complete your Organization Profile, or Sign-In using your E-mail address as your User ID and the Password your Travel Administrator has provided to you or the one you set for yourself.
Flight Search:
1. You may choose to do a Quick Search for flights, but once you are ready to book, the application will ask you to Log-In to complete your reservation.
2. You may set up your Flight Preferences (Seats, Meals, Special Services), Airline Frequent Flyer Numbers, Car ID Numbers, and Hotel Frequent Guest Numbers in your My Profile section. These will be stored and automatically populated when you are booking Air, Cars, or Hotels.
3. When using an Advanced Flight Search, you have the option to select flights: Search Round-Trip by Price or Build a Trip, which separates the outbound flights from the return flights.
4. You may narrow your Flights Search results by selecting Departure Date/Time and specific parameters:
· Non-Stop Flights Only
· Avoid Most Change Penalties
· No-Advance Purchase Restrictions
Select up to three (3) Preferred Airlines by hitting your Control Key and simultaneously selecting the airline. You may move back and forth between choosing to view flights based on lowest fares or by schedules and selected airlines.
Hotel Search:
1. If you will be booking flights on your itinerary, they must be booked before cars or hotels.
2. When searching for Hotels, use an Airport Code (look-up), or type in the name of the City. Choose one or the other, as typing in the City name will override the name of the Airport.
3. The Distance and Direction is based on which one you have chosen (Example: 5 miles from the Airport Code or 5 miles from the City Center).
- You can narrow your Hotel Search down by selecting a Reference Point, Distance, or specific Hotel Chain or Name. When you choose a City Name, you must select the State or Province, and if you choose an International City, you must select the Country.
Car Search:
- Select Location for Pick-Up and Drop-Off for Car. Choose Best Rate for preferred vendors and lowest prices, or select Corporate Discounts by car vendor.
- Corporate Discount
- Best Rate (Does not reflect your Organization’s Corporate Discount)
2. You will be prompted to enter specific information such as Credit Card numbers, Address information at various times in the booking process. All of your personal information is stored in you’re my Profile.
3. On the Payment Information Page, you will be asked
to check the Rules of the ticket you are purchasing
in order to complete the booking. You may use the
Special Service or Information box to enter information
for your Agency to use (Example: Upgrade me to
First Class using my Frequent Flyer Number, I have
a ticket to exchange, etc.).
Payment Information:
1. If you are authorized to use the Alternate Form of Payment, you must provide an Authorization Code, Case Number, Purchase Order Number, etc. that your Company has authorized in advance.
2. When you Sign-In for the first time, you may View and Print your Company’s Corporate Travel Policy. If you book any portion of an itinerary that is ‘outside’ of the Organization's Travel Policy, you will receive a notification in the booking process (Exceeds/Outside of your Travel Policy), your Administrator will receive an E-mail notification with your itinerary, and you will be asked to select a “Reason Code’ as to why you are making the booking outside of Organization's Travel Policy.
3. If you have any questions about your Organization's Travel Policy, please contact your Travel Agency Administrator.
- How do I search for a particular Vacation/Cruise destination?
Click the Vacations Tab and then the Detailed Search link at the top of the page. You can select a destination or region from the drop-down list, or type the name of a destination into the text field below it. You can specify a particular month of travel, a length of trip you prefer, a price range, or one of a list of travel interests. Click GO to run your search. The list of search results will include all cruises that match the search criteria you specified. You will find navigation controls to help you look through the entire list, if there are more than 10 results. For best results, start by entering a broad range of dates, desintations, or interests to see more cruises. Then return to the Detailed Search page and narrow down the criteria if the results are too broad. The title, the "More Details" link, and the "more dates/prices available" link all lead to the Detail Page for that cruise.
- If I know the Offer ID, how can I go directly to that offer?
From any page, click on the Detailed Search link. This will take you to the Detailed Search page. Enter the Offer ID in the Offer ID box and click the Search button. This will take you directly to the Detail Page for that specific cruise offer.
The Trip Request is a way for you to organize cruises that interest you. The trip request form sends this information to us so we can help you pinpoint and purchase your ideal cruise. The Trip Request is not a shopping cart and does not require a purchase. It is simply a planning and communication tool.
- When do I use the Trip Request?
If you see a cruise that interests you, place it in your Trip Request. Also, if you see something that is close to what you are looking for, but not exactly, include this in the Trip Request and let us help you find exactly what you are looking for by filling out the Additional Information section of the Trip Request form.
- What do I do if the Trip Request does not appear to send my e-mail?
If you are experiencing problems with the Trip Request, please contact us to report the problem. Please be as descriptive as possible when reporting errors to better help us identify the problem.

Some personal firewall software can also cause problems when navigating through this and other sites. This is because some personal firewalls block certain types of content, preventing the page from displaying correctly. If you are having problems viewing pages on this site, and you use a personal firewall, check your firewall logs to see if there is any indication of traffic that is being blocked. You should then be able to modify your firewall's configuration to allow the blocked traffic to go through.
